NEW UPDATE: Update Capstone 2 Test!


Hello Everyone,

We are releasing another patch bit earlier this week, since I broke the game on Friday. We added a bunch of new enemies, a new tower. Picked better BGMS, from another source. Added some particle effects to some towers and enemies. Added SFX for some of the towers,

Here’s the patch notes for C2-T

Update C-2T


New Towers:
Wall: Simple structure to block enemy attacks — durable and cheap
Missile Strike: High-end consumable that rains destruction


New Enemies:
Wizard: Teleports around the map — slippery and hard to pin down
Worm: End-of-level sweeper — specializes in clearing your tower line
Father Slime: Spawns endless slimes — a slow-moving threat that snowballs
Exploder: Kamikaze-style — explodes near towers and on death (hurts enemies too!)
Basic Gunner: Has a pistol and a dream — early tower pressure
Switch Gunner: Upgraded Gunner with an AK76 — dreams harder, hits harder
Lane Switcher: Zig-zags across lanes — breaks typical lane strategies


Balance Tweaks:
• General difficulty has been lowered slightly for early game smoothness
• Bitstealer rebalanced returns bits now


Fixes:
• Red Turret (regular): No longer spawns with a damaged texture when rapidly replaced
• Placement logic improved — prevents “broken-on-spawn” bug when building near destroyed turrets


Visuals + SFX:
• New sound effects: Lasers, bit collection — more satisfying feedback
• Particle effects: Tower deaths, enemy deaths, bullet trails, and more — makes the battlefield pop
• Auto-open deck toggle added — smooths out late game flow
